We are a Registered Broker Insurance Broker, with our head office in Richmond Hill Ontario.

We have commercial clients across Canada. If you should have an insurance claim, relax as we have claims offices in every major city.

Our brokerage is NOT associated with, or owned by any Financial Institution, or Insurance Company. We will supply you with a quote along with this overview, and once coverage is issued, a copy of the Insurance policy, along with its wordings. It is your responsibility to review it, decide on coverage and limits and write and call us with any questions.

As your broker, we will work with you to place your business with a competitive company that you agree is best for you. We have NO allegiance to one particular company.

If we are your broker you can count on us to provide you with excellent service, price and a broad range of coverage choices.

We want to work with our clients to provide Risk Management and Claims Prevention suggestions. Our goal is to write good business with clients that are responsible drivers. We want to insure clients that understand Insurance should be in place for Emergencies and to Provide Peace of Mind. Some Insurance Companies occasionally, give us an additional commission of about 1% based on our three year profitability, sales performance, losses and potential losses. Servicing claims quickly, when they happen, is important to us. This is why our client retention is over 98%.

Unfortunately, this year we have seen some major increases in premiums that were due to a high volume of water and fire losses in BC and across Canada.

Our Brokerage Group continues to grow. We are working hard to keep up with the new commercial business that is referred to us due to our consistent personal service.

PROPERTY

The following MGA/Wholesale Companies pay us as they do other brokers, 8 -15% Commission on Policies, new and renewed.
AIG, Arag, Appollo, Beazley Canada, Creechurch, Excess Underwriting, Encon, Equine Insurance, GFH Underwriters, Lloyds of London, PAL Insurance, Premier Marine, Premier Marine, Special Risk Insurance Managers, SWG Specialty, and South Western Group, Totten Group, and Victor Insurance.

The following companies pay us as they do other brokers, 8 to 20% Commission on Property and Liability Policies new and renewed.
Aviva, Chubb, Chieftain, Ecclesiastical, Economical, Definity, Economical Select, Intact, Markel, Traders, Travelers, Unica, and Wawanesa.

AUTO AND FLEET

The following Companies pay us, as they do other brokers, Between 5% and 12.5% Commission on Auto Policies Aviva,
Chieftain, Economical, Intact, Jevco, Traders, Travelers, Unica, Wawanesa.

The above commission Percentages are paid Annually for both new and renewal policies. All brokers are paid on the same basis. The comission already part of your insurance premium that we charge. Some companies charge a policy fee and we will show that separately on your billing.

OUALITY CANADIAN INSURANCE COMPANIES

In order for us to maintain a strong relationship with quality Insureds and clients, we work with each Insurance Company to assist them in underwriting the quality of the client and the actual risk we are considering insured. Each Insurance company has its own public policy outlined on its web site.

Many Insurance companies are represented in our office. Some have better service and rates than others. Most will niche market specific types of business.
